If You Cannot Communicate in Korean
English-speaking staff and dentists are not always available.
If necessary, you may need to communicate with our staff using a translation app.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
- If you arrive late, the number of whitening cycles may be reduced.
- Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointments.
Please contact us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Teeth whitening cannot be performed on the following teeth
- Teeth undergoing orthodontic treatment (including clear aligner)
- Front teeth with restorations (crowns, veneers, resin, etc.)
Please note that Whitening does not change the color of front tooth restorations.
